Parliament
Parliament is bicameral and is located in Sarajevo.
The House of Representatives has 42 members, who are elected by popular vote. 2/3 are elected from the Federatin of Bosnia, and 1/3 are elected from the Republika Srpska. The House of Peoples has 15 members. 5 are Croats and 5 are Bosniacs selected by the Federation legislature. 5 are Serbs from the Republika legislature.
